Directly linked to the Site Director, you will be in charge of the administrative management of the site and the administration of sales.
Your main missions will be :
You have a 2-year degree in business administration and have significant experience in a similar position.
We are looking for an autonomous, available, reactive, rigorous and organized person.
A good command of computer and office automation tools (Pack Office) and ERP are necessary for the execution of tasks.
A good level of English is required given the European dimension of the activity. Understanding German would also be a plus.
Strongly customer service oriented, your organizational skills, combined with your rigor, your sense of teamwork and your ability to synthesize will be assets to succeed in this position.
