As part of our development, our company PSM, located in La Chambre (73) is recruiting a Method Technician on a fixed term contract.
Job description
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the development and optimisation of technical solutions for industrialisation (products and processes) in the swimming pool sector.
You will contribute to the implementation and optimisation of procedures linked to the proper functioning of our various installations:
Study and determine the procedures to be followed for each installation;
You will be responsible for the development and optimisation of procedures related to the smooth running of our various facilities: Study and determine the procedures to be followed for each facility; Be a driving force for the permanent improvement of the organisation of work and productivity, while respecting the rules of safety of employees;
Formalise the necessary processes and procedures;
Draw up the documentation (manufacturing ranges, control ranges, nomenclature);
Measure the effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions;
Provide technical support to operators and support services;

Profile required
You have a 2-year university degree, ideally in mechanical engineering or a BTS in the industrialization of mechanical products, and you have successful experience (including internship(s)), ideally in the industrial field, in a seasonal environment.
- You are recognized for your rigor, your autonomy, your ability to analyze and to listen.
- You are a strong team player, with a sense of service and results in order to meet the needs of the business and carry out assignments that will satisfy our clients.
